Welcome to PersonalityPro’s demo (the “Demo”). Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use and purchase of products from the Demo. Your use of the Demo constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms (the "Terms").
From time to time PersonalityPro may change the Terms. Your use of the Demo following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.
PersonalityPro
PersonalityPro is a global provider of personality assessment services and personality reports, headquartered in Nassau, Bahamas.
PERSONALITY REPORTS
PersonalityPro’s merchandise is of an electronic nature and is delivered immediately via the Internet. This merchandise consists of personalized personality reports based upon your responses to the personality assessment questionnaire. Delivery of the personality report will take place immediately in the case of free reports and after approval of payment by the credit card processing agency in the case of premium (paid) reports. Upon receipt of the personality report, there is no right to cancel. Provision of credit card information is taken as an indication that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
PersonalityPro reports are derived from responses to the DISC-based personality assessment questionnaire. Given the nature of their content, these reports cannot be guaranteed to be wholly accurate. They are intended to provide an indication of the respondent's likely behavior in a given situation.
PAYMENT, PRICING & SALES TAX
Payment for premium (paid) personality reports must be made on a valid VISA or MasterCard credit card. Report pricing is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Discounts may be available from selected wholesale partners. Price and availability is subject to change without notice.

All charges are considered valid unless disputed within 15 days of the transaction date. For proper credit please contact us immediately regarding perceived problems with reports.
PRIVACY
PersonalityPro works diligently to protect confidentiality, restrict the transfer of personal data and incorporate technical safeguards and appropriate security policies. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise give to any outside entity or organization the individual information our customers submit when placing an order or completing a profile.

PERSONALITYPRO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE DEMO OR IT'S INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MERCHANDISE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE DEMO IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, PERSONALITYPRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
PERSONALITYPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE DEMO, ITS SERVERS OR E-MAIL ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PERSONALITYPRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE DEMO INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
MISCELLANEOUS
PersonalityPro controls and operates the Demo from its offices in Nassau, Bahamas. The laws of the Bahamas govern these Terms, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. If you take legal action regarding these Terms, you agree to file such action only in the Bahamas and you consent to submit to the personal jurisdiction of this Country for purposes of litigating any such action.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The preceding Terms represent the entire agreement between PersonalityPro and you relating to the subject matter herein.
