DISC-Based Personality Assessment
PersonalityPro core personality assessment tool is a DISC-based instrument which measures four personality factors (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance). Additional personality questions can be added in order to customize the assessment. These include Personal Perceptions (audio) personality questions and Personal Values (photo) personality questions. PersonalityPro can also develop situational personality questions.

This is a very important question. Web-dating sites differ from one another. We have yet to speak with two dating sites that are the same. Due to this fact, PersonalityPro offers three different Personality Search features: Dating Builder, Date Coach and Date Selector.

Date Builder is a fun all-round search tool. It has a personality tuner that is quite popular with male and female members alike. They spend hours fine tuning the personality search criteria they’ve created to find their ideal date.

Date Coach is a more sophisticated tool than Date Builder or Date Selector. It tends to be more popular with female members of web-dating and online personals websites. Why? Because it’s a text-based coaching tool designed to help people understand who they really are and how they interact with others. It is designed to help people modify their behavior to achieve better dating results. Women seem to be more interested in that than their male counterparts. Guys like to look at pretty pictures.

PersonalityPro’s Personality Search doesn’t tell your members who they’re compatible with. PersonalityPro’s Date Builder and Date Coach simply allow your members to determine for themselves what personality their ideal date should have. Date Selector differs from Date Builder and Date Coach in that it simply allows your members to search for people whose personalities are similar or complementary (different) to their own.

PersonalityPro differs from matching systems developed by e-Harmony, Parship and other sites in that we don’t tell your members who they should or shouldn’t date. Blessing or dooming relationships based on personality alone goes against PersonalityPro’s philosophy. In our experiences, web-daters appreciate (and pay) for personality tools which tell them about themselves and others. This is particularly true of female members. They want and increasingly expect functionality that enables them to make better relationship choices.

A number of PersonalityPro web-dating clients started as small sites with under a thousand members. The last thing smaller dating or online personals sites want is to introduce a feature that reduces their search results. Date Builder and Date Coach won’t reduce search results.
